The Geology Library provides services for the geosciences, in particular the Geological Institute in the area of literature and information supply.
It coordinates journal subscriptions for the FG GuG (online and print) together with the University Library and has a selection of basic textbooks for the study of geology in addition to special literature. It helps with questions concerning research and interlibrary loan and provides workstations.

It is a library open to the public and is open daily from 9.00 to 17.00 during the lecture period (Fridays until 13.00). During the lecture-free period the shorter regular opening hours apply.

 

The library is open again!

Since Tuesday, 19.4.2022, the library and also the CIP pool in Wüllnerstraße are open again, even with reduced space. We ask that you to wear a medical or FFP2 mask.
